I like him but he's busy.

There's a guy that comes into my work sometimes with his boss. I've never spoken to him so I only like him based on his appearance. He always stares at me and smiles and vice versa. Last week a colleague said he told him he likes me, but his busy with his work and his boss is always there so he doesn't know when to speak to me. I would really like to get to know him! What can I do?
