My housemate is turning my uni house into a hotel help

im going into my second year at uni (please keep anon incase housemate sees this !) Im living with one boy and one girl, we got an nice little three bedroom terrace. The problem is ive discovered recently that the girl is a complete control freak. In first year she was fine she was a bit over powering but I thought she was just a bit mumsy and ott about things. We haven't moved in yet and im already sick to death of it all. Firstly she decided that she would set up all the bills which was nice of her but she never consulted us about which company to use etc and just set the bills up without telling me. She refuses to send me bills and just expects me to pay x amount of money into her account. Ive asked to see the bills as to be honest im not just transferring her £100 each month when I don't know what its for. She also took our lease agreement and ive asked for a photocopy and shes refused. Shes been having her boyfriend and friends down in the house all summer which is fine. But today I snapped a bit. I took my dad and brother to see the house as they've not seen it and I wanted to paint bits of my room aswell as look at the meter etc etc. When I got to the house I couldn't actually get in because the chain was across the door so I assumed my housemate was staying over, I rang the doorbell and must of knocked for over half an hour when eventually she came to the door. The house was a complete mess so she'd clearly been having parties. When I went upstairs into my bedroom I found a couple asleep in my bed who I never met before. It slightly bugged me a bit as they had used all my bedding, all my things were chucked on the floor including my printer there were bottles everywhere mud from their wellies (theyd been to reading festival) weed and fag ash all over the place. They just looked at me and when I said would it be possible for them to get dressed so my dad could look around they refused and told me to go away and wouldn't get out of MY bed. The whole house was a tip my cutlrely had all been used the bathroom it was clear somebody had been sick in there and the bath was disgusting. There were 6 people staying over and they were stood round in their t shirts and knickers which meant my dad and brother refused to come in as they felt it was inappropriate when I asked if they coulfd possibly but something on they just blanked me. I felt completely unwelcome in my own house and I couldn't evenm look round my own bedroom. My flatmate then text me telling me I had to pay £60 towards the electricity bill and £40 towards water, yet ive not stayed longer than 30 minutes in the house. When I said her friends must contribute she said they don't as that's all our start up fees which it issnt as we paid that last month. Shes had these friends down 3/4 times already and these girls seem to think my bedroom is theirs, I cant even go round my own house now without having to ring to check its ok, we drove an hour and half to show my dad the house and couldn't even go in. I don't want to fall out with her but Im not very happy with her friends living there in my room while im paying £400 a month for a house I don't even live in yet,all my new bedding has also been used so I don't know what to do help ?
