The Judge G. Todd Baugh, who had never met the victim, said the 14-year girl "seemed older than her chronological age" and was "as much in control of the situation" as her teacher. This is disgusting. :mad: Pedophiles everywhere will rejoice. They only need to convince the court that the child they molested seemed older than their age and were in control because it was not a "forcible, beat-up rape", (the judges words) to get away with only 30 day sentence. | |||
