Accidently said to my bf that i fake orgasms even though i dont..help!

Okay I was watching the episode of friends when Chandler fakes an orgasm because he doesnt want a baby and I burst out laughing and was like 'can a guy even fake it, have you faked it' to my bf, and he said 'no dont be silly have you?' And I burst out laughing again because I was just in one of those silly moods but he took it as a yes. Then i said 'nooo just the once i was reallllly tired!' and we were talking and then i blurted out 'usually you think i come, then we carry on anyway and both come' and i think he took it the wrong way!
