I have this really annoying condition whereby my nipples are a bit puffy. They don't look anything like boobs by the way, but I am incredibly self conscious of them.
I'm good looking otherwise, and have had the opportunity to sleep with various girls over the years, but always say no due to my stupid nipples.
I'm not fat, just a typical teenage boy body.
