Is there any hope?

Is there any hope for a misanthropic, pessimistic, out of shape, ugly, self loathing, socially anxious cynic with underlying mental conditions in today's society, especially in regards to relationships?

It's almost as though there is one way to act to be successful with females, being empathetic, "quirky"/"wacky" (seems to be funnier to women than you know...actually being funny) & ooze confidence to an almost sickening level, and if you aren't naturally like that then you either have to do copious amounts of acting (which I'm getting tired of having to keep doing) or just fall to the wayside and rot away like the failed abortion you are.

I understand from what I stated above that yes I could probably exercise and lose weight (tried it once didn't make me happy at all), and possibly take med but all the other stuff I can't change.

Finally just a quick note. Why do people (in particular women but sometimes men) act so offended when you call them out for pretending to act a certain way to get with someone that isn't in their nature?
