Anyone following the Pistorius case?

I am intrigued about the fact that they had only been dated for about 4 months before he killed her. He had not finished a prior relationship before starting to date her (aka cheated on the last gf). And he was angry that Steenkamp met up with an ex bf..... to the point that he called her several times when he knew that they were together.

Anyone else find this interesting?
