So I was at the freshers fair today at my uni and was having a wander alone while waiting for people, getting freebies etc.
One of the reps (he was from lyra mobile - not that its necessarily a reflection on the company) started talking to me, the usual at first: What did I know about lyra? What network was I on and why did I choose it (giffgaff, as are my family and partner, so free calls)
Even after mentionning this - making it clear that I'm not single, he started asking personal questions and saying he wanted to see me again. Basically coming on to me. It made me really uncomfortable and I think, as he's there representing lyra, (whether he was being paid or not) that it was really unprofessional and not on! I reported it to the welcome reps as soon as I left and I don't know what went on after that.
What do you make of this? Do you think he overstepped the line? He probably targeted me because I was alone, but it made me really uncomfortable and annoyed. It kind of spoiled my afternoon.

Put the internet to work for you.
