A bit of relationship advice

Basically, things haven't been too great between my girlfriend and I recently. She is doing musical theatre at a private college and is there literally all of the time during the week (8AM-9PM most days). I thought at summer she would be more than happy to spend more time with me but seems more intent on spending time with her friends rather than me. I get shunted off at every opportunity for her to spend more time with her friends. She also tells me that she has no money yet can spend money with her friends. From what i can gather, i haven't done anything to upset her. What do you guys think? How often do you normally see your boyfriend or girlfriend? At 19, considering I have been with her for nearly 4 years I kind of thought she would be a bit more into it rather than really dull about it. For example, tonight she is free and has been all but refuses to meet up with me - keeps telling me she "needs time to herself". Last point is that she doesn't want to be close to me when we do meet up. She literally won't even give me a hug unless I ask her. Like if i go to hug her, she just moves away. This has only really happened fairly recently considering how long we have been together. Just don't really think any of this is normal and sort of wondered if anyone on here has a rational explanation for any of it. Cheers for any advice :D
