| Feeling the lurgy coming on. Lurgy is Brit slang for cold/flu like symptoms. Very much into holistic/homemade remedies. Have no lemons so last night had hot water, honey with cinnamon. Recently read cinnamon is supposed to have beneficial effect. Any other remedies?? | |||
