To what extent do you think this phrase is actually true? I know if you're looking for a partner you can't become too desperate but surely you at least need to put yourself in the positions for something to possibly blossom? :) I'd also say that you need to meet & talk to people a substantial amount in person & hopefully be able to create a bond with them :yes:
