I don't know why but for past 5 years I haven't been bothered to date. I had selective mutism for like 6 months but I recovered from it miraculously. Since then I've been pretty shy and unconfident which I don't know is linked to the fact I don't date. I don't really connect with people on an emotional level in person. I attempt online dating all the time sometimes the girl wants to meet but I just don't feel like it. I've been on a handful of dates with 2 different girls for the last few years and I am satisfied with my sex life although it varies a lot sometimes I have plenty of ONS sometimes I have none. I'm definitely not asexual as I look at a woman and see them as attractive but I don't know what to do with them apart from getting an easy shag from them. I definitely don't see men in the same way anyway that's for sure. Anyway could my lack of appetite for dating just be linked to my confidence or could it be deeper than that?
