I think she is going to dump me

lately (since beginning of may) my gf has completely changed personalities towards me, we've known eachother for 3 months and been dating for about a month and a week, the last few weeks shes been very cold and standoffish, no sex either (went down on her about a week ago but got nothing in return) were both 20, last time i saw her she wouldnt talk to me and basically said that ive been texting her too much and that im boring and shes very independant (was expecting break up conversation to follow this but it didnt) i went to kiss/hug her goodbye like i always do and she had her arms crossed and head down (being sick of asking whats wrong and trying to get her to open up to me about whats going on, which she has previously said is just normal ife stress and that we're ok...which im obviously not beleiving) so when she wouldnt kiss/hug me goodbye i got kind of mad and was like "whatever cya" and walked out and kinda slammed the door....this happene d a few days ago and we have not spoken since...she said i text her too much and that im always talking to her so im trying to give her space but at the same time i want to let her know that im sorry for how i left and that really like her and want this to work out...i really care about this girl so i dont know what i should do, either wait for her to come around when shes ready or is she expecting me to apologize for how i left the other day? please help
