I'm a 19 year old male at University and have never had a girlfriend and am very nervous around girls. In fact I've barely had a female friend or held a conversation of any length with a girl who wasn't immediate family. I also have a strange personality and can be shy and often make an idiot of myself in front of people. Despite this I do have plenty of male friends. Anyway I would like to try to get a girlfriend but have no idea how to approach it. I also often wonder whether any girl would like me:(. I study a very male oriented subject so there aren't many girls in my usual social circles. Any help would be appreciated. :)
