I'm taking a girl on a date next week but I'm unsure where to go. We've been friends for ages and there is past history together but we want to start afresh, so it's being considered a first date. I'm going to take her for a meal however I don't know what sort of restaurant's would be appropriate? I was considering a nice pub but don't know if that's suitable for a first date, anyone any suggestions? And hints and tips for this would be appreciated :)
