There's this girl in my year whom I have known for 2 - 3 years now, but we didn't start talking to each other until during the beginning of this year. We started studying with each during the summer of last year, and we have been fairly close ever since. About three months ago, I stared to flirt with her; I would flirt by stroking her legs and, occasionally holding her hands - I am very touchy-feely with her, to say the very least. But she would never respond to them - in fact our conversations would continue as if nothing happened. It turns out that she has a boyfriend; I only realised this when I saw them holding hands around campus (she didn't know that I saw them holding hands).
About two months ago, she invited me to her room to hang out. Not long after I entered her room, I started flirting like I usually do. She immediately old me that she has a boyfriend, which shocked me (despite me already knowing); the reason why it shocked me is because when I asked her who the guy that I saw her around campus with, she referred to him as the "guy that wants to go for lunch with her". Luckily, I was able to remove the awkwardness by laughing it off.
Since then, she hardly replies to my text or messages. I assumed that maybe she was no longer comfortable with me because she knows that I want to sleep with her. After deciding to cut my loses, she finally called me a couple of days ago, and we started chatting. I was still flirty with her (I like flirting, tbh) and, like before, she didn't respond.
Since telling me that she has a bf, she now hides her relationship status on facebook. And since telling me that she has a bf, she would sometimes act distance and sometimes act very friendly to me in person.
Can anyone help me with my predicament, please? Thank you in advance :)
