Will girls judge me for this?

Hey, I know I have been a prick in the past, making ignorant comments, being rude etc but I like to think I am actually a good person. Every year, mainly near Christmas I would find a homeless person, give them 20 quid, buy them some food (mainly bread, water and possibly some new gloves) and a fresh drink depending on the day, sink it's obviously cold, I buy them a hot tea. I don't know why I do this as I feel bad for parting way with my money, but I do it anyway, normally spend 40 quid with at least a 20 quid note to let them buy what they want. Well last year, I donated sperm. Helped a woman get pregnant and she had a boy in April, donated again and now her partner is pregnant. I did this because I saw on the news that sperm donors were in shortage, so I decided to donate sperm through a sperm donor website. All I did was **** into a cup, left the cup for them and then left. I had a brief chat, made sure they got to me fine with no issues and then I left, they were even kind enough to give me money. So now I'm a father to one and soon to two children. Will girls judge me for this? I'm going university in September and I'm scared of telling people this. Especially if I get a girlfriend or even get married in the future. I don't know if I should feel ashamed or proud. So, will girls judge me for this? I'm a virgin and 19, there was no sexual contact with the lesbian couple and I donated to another couple recently. If it works, I'm a father to three but after that I will stop as like I said, uni in September. So, will a girlfriend judge me for this and how will I explain this? I doubt I would even see the children in the future as I know I will move country within 18 years.
