| Right as some of you may know I am openly asexual. Recently bad memories of when I was physically bullied and socially excluded from being ace(slang for asexual) keep coming back to me... I am Ok with being ace, but I think many people aren't and some of the common responses I get are- -"What if you meet the right person?" -"How do you know if you have never had sex?" -"Are you depressed?" -"Hormones!" And so on... One of my counsellor even didn't believe me. It was so sad. Will uni be more friendly? I am starting this year and the fictional media reports of uni students are horn balls really put me off... | |||
