| So I've recently begun a new relationship, been seeing this guy for just over a month and things are going really well. I'm in my last year of college with A2's fast approaching- predicted straight A's which both me and my parents are hoping I achieve. Relationships have proven problematic in the past with the juggle between college/social life balance while still achieving highly. For this reason I called time on a relationship little over 2 months ago and promised myself I wouldn't enter another one until exams are over but then this guy came along and it's just happened effortlessly! I'm juggling seeing him/my social life and revision fairly well at the moment and although it will be difficult, he understands I HAVE to put college work first. There wasn't going to be much problem with me waiting until after my exams to introduce him to my parents however, my birthday is just over two weeks away and I'm having a party at my house for which my parents will be there. He's invited and it's going to be fairly obvious we are a couple or at least seeing each other. Should I wait until then to tell them or approach the subject before? They've never met him and have previously voiced concerns over my social life/college work balance even if its pretty tame compared to most. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I realise I'm probably massively over thinking this! Posted from TSR Mobile | |||
