GF still texting her ex, who abused her when she was 15!

My GF lost her virginity at 15 to this guy who was 17. She thought he loved her etc, but he basically kept using her. With her nature, she just took it She's now 20, and that guy has been to the court for having sex with other underage girls. She's told me a bit about him and still doesn't really hate him. Last time, while she was having a shower, she got a text and I saw it was from this guy! Once she read it, I couldn't help but read through it quickly while she was in the toilet. Apparantly she's been texting him, and actually initiating most of the conversations! I don't think she's cheating on me, but I'm really hurt by this. I was really furious about this, yet kept my calm. She doesn't know about this, but its killing me inside! I don't know how to bring this to her - she knows I hate this guy, not just coz of her past, but his evil nature in abusing underage girls. What should I do? Any thoughts?
