Did she overreact or am I being a terrible person?

A good friend of mine moved abroad for a job a few months ago. Been keeping in touch once in a while. Last week she hadn't been able to get through to me on whatsapp, ended up leaving a message on fb, sent me an e-mail, called my office number and mobile phone over a period of a few days eventhough we have had a Skype conversation the week before that. She thinks I'm ignoring her. Is she overreacting? Or am I being terrible for not replying quickly?

A bit of a background story, we've gotten really close in a span of a year. I ended up falling quite deeply in love with her, to which she doesn't seem to reciprocate. About 6 months ago, I have fessed up my feelings to her, but (I didn't know it at that point) she was seeing someone already. Anyway, we've both tried incredibly hard to keep the friendship going. Since she has moved abroad, we've been keeping contact via Whatsapp and Skype.

She also sent me a message later saying, 'if you really wanted to speak to me, you know where to find me'. It all makes me feel really guilty for making her feel terrible. But at the same time, I feel like I don't want to deal with this, especially since I have been working extremely long hours lately and am incredibly zoned out by the time I get home.

Can someone please rationalise her reaction to me? I really don't understand why she's reacting in such a way.
