Boyfriend doesn't appreciate how nice I treat him :( What should I do?

I've been with my boyfriend for 4 months now and I just don't feel like he appreciates everything I do for him. I waited a long time to get into another relationship after my 3 year one finished. So now that I have managed to find one with someone I love (yes, I actually love him :() it makes the whole thing a lot harder. We only see eachother of a weekend as we both work and don't live that close. I travel to see him each weekend and from the moment I get there I do nothing but dote on him to make sure he is happy. I just want him to be happy :(. I tidy his house, do his dishes, make him dinner, walk to the shop for him, make him breakfast, I even give him as many blowjobs as he likes! (Top girlfriend lol). Just don't feel appreciation for any of this :(. I just want cuddles and to be told nice things, but I don't get any of that unless I mention it first. I didn't actually see him this weekend, it was his birthday during the week so he was seeing his parents. Last night he said he was having a drink with his dad and brother and returning at about 11ish, by time it was 11ish his phone was turned off (a very rare thing for him as its always on or on charge when he's at home). So I knew he wasn't at home :(, when i kept ringing through the night it finally was turned back on about half 3, so thats when he got home and put it on charge. He had obviously gone out with his mates for his birthday but didn't want me to go out with them, therefore made an excuse that he couldn't see me this weekend. I still haven't heard from him :( Am I being taken for granted? Should I say something?
