I have two photo albums associated with my profile that I cannot add to, delete, edit, or even access. I, actually, had one album that worked correctly and in an attempt to delete the inaccessible albums, I ended up deleting my only good album. Before I inadvertently deleted my good album, I was able to "transfer" a picture from it into the defective albums. I hoped that I could, then, open the defective albums to delete them .... No such luck.
The bigger issue is that when I, or anyone, clicks on these two inaccessible albums, not only do they not open, but the recently updated albums of other TAM members are appearing above them in my user control panel. I have had two TAM members become very upset with me, wondering why I have their personal photo albums linked to my profile.
Can you PLEASE find a way to get these two useless albums deleted from my profile? That should, in turn, stop the recently updated albums of other TAM members from appearing in my user cp. The usual way of deleting TAM albums will not work. To delete an album, you must be able to open it. These albums cannot be opened.
