Long story short, I am in full time employment but I have lost a lot of interest in my job because I feel as though I have set out what I have accomplished with it. The idea of making somebody else rich and taking credit for my work is really annoying me.
I have aspirations in setting up my own business, and I am now in the process of doing that. But in the mean time, given the job market I need to stick with this job to survive.
The trouble is now I am finding it extremely hard to motivate myself. I could of course try and move, but it would mean that I would have a harder time in setting up my own business as the only perk my job gives is the ability to work flexibly.
So yeah not sure what to do , recently graduated from a RG, and 23 - so not sure how to motivate myself or if I should be looking to change jobs.
