Girlfriend's dress sense is pretty off

I know it shouldn't bother me, but it's not a case of me not finding her attractive I just honestly just think that she needs some advice on how to dress for occasions, she has admitted that she doesn't think she has dress sense, but says she doesn't really care either. but I think it's mainly due to her very small wardrobe of clothes and that she feels she has to buy the cheapest of the cheap as well. But basically she went out the other night in black Jeans, nice green top but then wore http://www.sportsdirect.com/vision-o...lcode=24610403 I don't mind canvas trainers, but I just felt that going out on a night out that she could of easily worn a number of her nice leather shoes that would of been a lot more suiting. I don't know if I should just stop been a douche, figure out a nice way of suggesting more suitable options for occasions. I have done the later recently though with her getting upset thinking I was calling her unattractive when she advice for help for picking a top to go with a grey jack and light green jeans, and I said she needs a pattern or something instead of a block coloured t shirt. To which she got upset and annoyed and decided to be stubborn (she said this herself) and wear a block light red top.
