| Hi, I have been reading this thread started by the man whose girlfriend is 15 years younger. I did not want to write there because I cannot contribute anything about his main problem (his girlfriend being from another culture and he does not want her to be influenced by his). However I just wanted to let you know that I think it is quite unfair to say things like: 1. A young person - any young person - is unfit to be an older persons partner 2. you just marry a young person in order to controll her ...and so on. I am 15 years younger than my husband and he does not try to controll me... I am the mother of his kid, not his toy... Yes, sometimes I do feel to young... but I am sure I will be able to overcome. My mother married at 19 a man 16 years her senior and my parents are still happily married. | |||
