How shall I interpret this?

So here it is, I'm going to try to make it simple: 1- I had a four years long distance relationship with that Indian guy living in London (I live in Paris) 2- we broke up smoothly few months ago because of the distance 3- I'm going to study in London for a year in September and he kept saying that we could get back together 4- last week, he told me his parents arranged his marriage with an Indian girl; he's been talking to her since a long time (Nov 2012) and says he's in love with her and has to marry her and we can never get back together 5- he showed me screenshots of conversations he had with her saying "see? we're close and in love" which made me say "who are you trying to convince here? me or you?" 6- he still loves me as a friend and he'll help me settle in in Sept 7- last Friday I deleted all the apps I used to contact him with because I was so hurt and too much on his back; next day (Saturday) was my birthday, he sent me a text message, I didn't reply to it. Sunday, he texted me again, and I replied, saying I've been seeking for people to talk to on the Internet as I felt lonely. He told me to stop doing crazy things. 8- no message from him till last night: "Hey you ok?". I'm not going to answer because I know I'll regret if I do What does he want?? Does he miss me? Do you think I should reply? If so, what should I say? Also, he says he sees that girl every evening but that girl says she's a "geordie" (meaning she lives in Northern England right? So far FAR away from London) - why is he lying? What do you guys think? (I've told my story on here so some people may recognize me but oh well, I don't care) Thanks for your replies!
