Why is my friend acting like this?

Ok so I'm friends with this guy and he recently (drunknely) confessed he'd developed feelings for me. I have a boyfriend so I made it clear nothing could happen and my friend was cool and said he didn't expect anything from me. I asked him if he wanted space and he said no and he didn't want to lose me as a friend. It was pretty awkward for a few days after but we're cool now. Anyway, my other friend (female) admitted she had a crush on my male friend that likes me, and he turned her down because of his feelings for me and she sent him a text that said "I really really really like you, but you like her and Im sick of feeling second best", she then went on tumblr and made a post that said "I told you my feelings for you, but thats not good enough and now I have to sit back and watch you get made a fool out of by someone who's fake and a good liar" This was obviously directed at me, now I know she is upset that she got rejected but I dont know why shes lashing out at me, she must think Im leading my friend on but she has no idea of the conversations I've had with him. The worst thing is she's one of my closest friends, she lives quite far away so I dont see her often but shes coming down to our town for her birthday on Friday and I dont know whether to go out or not because she's annoyed me by calling me names on tumblr :@
