| Both, the right to own guns and the right to vote are guaranteed by the constitution. How do those that want no voter ID and strict controls on guns justify the disparity? Both are constitutionally protected. So, don't they have the same threshold for exercizing. IOW, if it takes no ID to vote, why should take and ID to purchase a gun? Wouldn't "fair" be, show an ID to vote... show and ID to buy a gun? | |||
