| Why do people say confidence is key, when truly non-confident people get dates? Why do people also say "be yourself", when it's a flagrant lie? Look, people only say these things to be PC. I'll give examples as to how: - Many guys (especially younger ones) are narcissistic. They gain "confidence" from being rated/cool, and girls catch on to this. It has nothing to do with being "comfortable in one's own skin" or other PC crap. - I think most people are not as "accepting" of different personalities as the "masses" say. It's just something said to look PC and tolerant. Why don't people essentially cite the truth, in that modern dating paradigms are *******s? | |||
