More than friends, less than a girlfriend

So this gal and I have been really good friends for awhile and towards the end of last year, she broke up with her boyfriend and we kind of started something up. After about a month, she went back to her ex-boyfriend. Well, they broke up like 2 months later and her and I have been cuddly/kissy here and there since. Although... she's been cuddly/kissy with him still too. She says she doesn't want a steady boyfriend right now and doesn't know what she wants. It's terribly frustrating because her and I are effing amazing together. I don't know if there's anything I can do to sway her decision because right now, that seems to be the only option seeing as how I can't get over her.
