Each question should be answered with 1 (not true) to 9 (completely true). Add the answers for a final score. To me, this is based on a person reporting how they feel and it is subjective. For example, you might record 9 for I would do anything for [name] but would you really? Do you put that into action? It seems more accurate to consider what people "do". So, how would you measure love? How do you score on the quiz? If you answer the quiz based on what your spouse does, how would they score? If you based it on what you do, what would you score?
