At what age would you let your child hang out at the mall with friends?

So my daughter, 15, has asked me if I would let her hang out at the mall with two of her friends. Basically just drop her off for a few hours. I told her I'd think about it. I do trust her for the most part, but I am unsure if it would be a good idea letting her run loose with her friends without adult supervision. Thoughts?
