should i give this guy another chance?

Hey TSR users, I would really appreciate your help on situation i have with a guy: i meet this guy back in March whiles rehearsing for a show at uni. We quickly became friends but things went a little too fast and we ended up sleeping together after about a month. After i first slept with him i told him that it wasn't a good idea that we should continue as i was looking for a serious relationship. He replied that he wanted to get to know me better and see how things go between the two of us but he was totally lying about this as he somehow convinced me to sleep with him three more times. After that, i realised how stupid i was and so i put an end to it and stopped communicating with him. Three months later, he starts communicating with me on whatsapp asking how i am. I replied back as i thought it would be rude to ignore him especially as he can see my online activity on whatsapp. I recently changed my profile picture on whatsapp and he commented how pretty i looked. He also said that he was really going to miss my booty when i start my year placement next month. I thought that comment was insensitive as it shows that he's only interested in my body. he then said it would be nice to meet up with me soon. I agreed but now i really think i shouldn't because i don't think he has changed and i still feel he's only interested in having sex with me. I told him i'll let him know when i'm next free to meet up. So should i just not reply back and forget about him for good or should i give him another chance and meet up with him?
