Should I be concerned?

Ok, so this is the situation... I met this girl as we were getting gas, at a gas station. We exchanged numbers and started talking the following weeks. Right of the rip it seemed like everything was going lovely. I would sleep over her place, we would go out, kiss and hug (nothing more). It was all great, until one day she told me to spend the night at her place and then did not reply all day. I texted her a few times because I was kind of worried something might have happened but still nothing. The next day she texted me and told me "she's very sorry but she started getting feelings for her ex and was not 100% there and that we shouldn't talk anymore". It did hurt but life went on. About 2/3 weeks passed and I decided to text her and tell her I miss you and to my surprise she replied back "Honestly, I miss you too". We started talking again, went out a few times and went back to how it originally was. She did say that she now knows what she wants and thats to talk to me get to know me and be with me but th at we should also take it slow. Now my concern is that there was only a few weeks in between and shes already back to calling me "baby" "babe" "etc.", Honestly I am not 100% devoted this time because I am afraid that she might pull another one of those stunts that she did last time. Any suggestions?
