| Me and my girlfriend met in the first few days of uni and have lived together ever since, we graduate next week and are both due to do a masters degree in the same university. It was expected that we would live together (just the two of us) but for months now I haven't been happy and i dont think she has either. We dont feel like a couple any more and I doubt we will be together much longer, despite our efforts. This creates an issue as i know neither of us would want to live with the other after the break up, but as its now summer, everyone else we know is now sorted. I am not sure whether its a good idea to keep trying, live together and eventually break up. This would leave problems with rent in our shared accommodation and one of us needing a new place to stay. Does anyone know, if we do keep trying and it fails, is there any kind of financial aid that universities are able to provide for new living arrangements? Obviously loans wont cover us. Any other advice on the situation accepted also... | |||
