what should i do about this rude friend?

I've know this friend for 5 years now and never have i ever had a problem. Recently, she started a relationship and has started to act really rude towards me for no reason at all. When i see her , she is always brings up the subject that i have no boyfriend 'whats wrong with you?' , she does this infront of loads of people as well. I just feel shes trying to show me up and always tries to put me down infront of large crowds . Im also hearing that she gossips about me and yet again its always surrounding the boyfriend topic and apparently im not 'pleasing' to look at ;s. Im 20 and i ive dated only 2 guys , but never been in a serious relationship . I dont feel the need to be in a relationship , if it happens it will happen, but i just dont get her and all this sudden change and i dont really know how to deal with all this crap im getting from her? its making me self conscious?
