will i ever fall in love with him?

I have been with my boyfriend for 6 months, known him for 8. I have had feelings for him since the first day i met him really. I care about him alot, but i dont LOVE him yet? is this normal? We have had quite a few arguments, mainly me starting them because he irritated me some of the things he did, i also didnt feel like i trusted him much due to one thing that happened early on after becoming official (no he didnt cheat) anyway i feel like its never going to happen? i have only had one serious boyfriend before him that lasted 2 years, and i fell in love very quickly, obviously you cant put a time frame on these, but could the little things he does that annoys me stopping me falling in love? he cares for me alot and i can see that, he spends time with me, takes me places. WHY IS IT NOT HAPPENING? ahhhhhh.. i feel like i will never fall in love with him, but he is perfect for me aswell. :(
