Two shy people getting together

Ok, I really need some help here. I've met a beautiful young woman who is very shy. Problem is so am I. I know everybody probably says this but it's quite bad with me, and with her I think. We seem to get on well and we've gone out with each other 4 times but have never kissed or held hands etc so we are not actually in a relationship yet. I want to to tell her I like her, but I can't. I know the guys here will poke fun, but please try to understand. We both don't go to clubs or bars or anything so we don't really have any opportunities to do this like most people do. How do I make a move and tell her I like her? I'm so awkward and clumsy. I want to ask her if she has a bf (I don't think she does) and then ask her if she would like to date but how do I do this (literally). I want it to be special, not just in passing conversation and I certainly don't want to do it via email, text etc. Please help me stop kicking myself and find the courage to ask. Rejection would hurt, but I think I could take it.
