I told this guy I didn't want a relationship with him before. He's so awkward to me around the things he does and dressers like. We went on a date that went awful I felt really bad. I told him it wasn't going to go any further. I don't know why he thinks there is a chance ive told him 4 times and I think he just isn't accepted it.
He put his arms around me at work and I felt very comfortable. He said since that he doesn't know what came over him.
Any advice?
