Back in September I started a new job and instantly clicked with my manager; who is in fact a lesbian. Even after my interview we messaged each other via facebook, and soon after I officially started we began texting. I told her so much about myself, and the fact that I'm confused. She got drunk one day and texted me how much she liked me and that she wants to be with me, but understandably I wasn't ready. Yesterday was our Christmas meal and after getting drunk with her, and all the other staff members, she invited me back to hers but I again, and even though I wanted to I didn't want to come out or even appear to be a lesbian to my friends.
On top of this, there is also a boy that I'm seeing and do genuinely like.
P.S. I'm 17 and my manager is 22 in January
