I've been with my girlfriend for just over 2 and a half years, I'm 18 and due to start uni in about a month and she's 17 and working as an apprentice.
Ill be going to uni about an hour and a half away, I know I want to stay with her 100%. What I'm not sure about is that she says she doesn't want me to go out every week. I just don't want to be put in the situation I have been for the past 2 years where every decision I make is always made whilst thinking about her. I do want to enjoy my time and make new friends.
There is no doubt that I don't love her and she doesn't love me, she just hasn't had the best experience in the past with her family and alcohol. I completely understand that that must be difficult but that's not the sort of person I am, I'm not going to be going after girls or getting into fights.
I just need some help/advice on what to do:/
