Ambition and aspirations are a very subjective thing. What one finds to be ambitious another will consider normal, expect, even demand.
Personally I don't think I'm ambitious but only because I have a complex about my massively overachieving boy genius brother.
Give me your definition of 'no ambition'. Obviously most people don't want an unemployed basement dweller who lives off Doritos and lives with his mum at 30 years old; I don't think this is what people mean by 'no ambition', however.
