Do I Expect Too Much From Husband

We have been married for over 30 years. I am 55 and he is 56. We have 1 child in college. We have owned a business for the last 14 years. My husband rarely works any extra hours during the week or on the weekends. He thinks that his job is done at 4 pm because there are no customers to call after 4. Because we can't afford to hire anyone at the office, I could work 200 hours a week. I work until 7pm every day, and all day Saturday and most of Sunday.

I'm so burned out I can't deal with it anymore but we need the money to survive, so I stay and suck it up.
