I went to a bar in Leeds with some friends and I met a nice guy there through a mutual friend, and I was kind of surprised and taken aback when he asked for my number, so I gave him my facebook. (Which is out of character for me, I'm unreasonably wary of strangers). When I checked my facebook in the morning he'd added me and sent me a message. At this point I felt bad about kissing him because I'm in a friends with benefits situ with my ex and I'm not entirely sure that my ex doesn't still have feelings for me. But then I decided I can't keep letting my ex tie me down all the time. I accepted the friend request a couple of days later and replied to the message a couple of days after that, but it would have been obvious that I'd been on my facebook/ read the message beforehand. And anyway, he hasn't replied to that message. Do you think I took to long to reply and offended him? Or was he just not interested? Another reason I'm worried is that he was meeting up with my friends the night after as well, and I worry that they might have told him I was a bit messed up with my ex right now and not to go there. He's really sweet and so goddam attractive and I don't want to have messed this up :$ Should I send another message or count my losses and move on? | |||
