What percentage of people would you say cheat?

From your experience, the people you've met and know about, what would you say if you had to put a number on it? Just based on gut instinct. There are studies and such, but don't answer based on those if possible (I'm really doubtful of their accuracy anyway to be honest). I'm more interested to see what TSR's perception is. EDIT: By 'cheat' I'm referring to at least one instance in their life. But you can break it down into one-offs and serial cheaters etc etc if you like.
