How do I get H to DO something for this marriage?

I was reading the thread about the 5 LL below, and it reminded me of how I completed it then emailed it to my H and asked him to discuss our results when he was through (we're in counseling, he knows this is serious). He didn't do it. Every time I ask him for something tangible, he just doesn't do it. It's so hurtful. Now, I'm afraid to ask again, because I don't want to feel rejected again. But I know it's on me to initiate fixing things, because he's not going to do anything. Anyone else with this dynamic? How do I get him involved in fixing this without getting hurt again?
