I don't know if I really need advice, as lots of people have gave me a variation but I want to know if this is good?
So the situation is
- I had a girl that really liked me, and was well into me
- Things went to fast for her, and probably for me in all honesty
- She let her friends win over her heart, and this is a huge problem
- They didn't think she was ready for commitment
- Her best friend it seems doesn't want her dating a guy (Even though she has a boyfriend herself - but I realise girls do this a lot)
- She'd love to be friends after I friend-zoned her
- She wanted to see me, but hesitated the night before
- She wants me to take her flying
- She always replies very quickly to my messages, like 1-5 minutes.
- I saw her last Friday and took her to the airport - probably going against her friends advice and her following her heart
- She invited me back to her place and into her messy bedroom
- I cuddled her lots, she didn't hesitate she liked it a lot
- She appreciated me being there for her, and in the future
- I broke the touch barrier and she didn't feel uncomfortable at all
- She seemed to put her guard up with me, playing hard to get
- As soon as I walked away, she seemed to panic and when I came back she spoke with me and we chatted for 1hr or so about what happened
- We agreed I'd pick her up from the Airport on the 28th when she's back
The reasons she liked me
- I am a great guy
- I made her laugh
- I had really nice eyes
- We got along really well
- I have a cool job
- I do cool things such as flying
- I am friendly
- She knows I wouldn't hurt her
- She knows I'd protect her
- She liked the way I was with her
I seriously don't think I would be in this position right now if she wasn't deep down interested, because I know what girls are like. They push you away until you give up. I never gave up, I've been persistent but not overly keen and in her face.
I plan not to make contact with her, and will just pick her up as arranged because right now she needs time and space. In terms of going forward any ideas how to keep going to win her back?
I've probably won her back slightly, and I don't want to ruin that opportunity. Because we both had something very special together. If you saw the picture of us together on our date, you'd realise that it was quite lovely.
