I feel your pain as in a way I'm in the same situation as you, apart from i'm the girl and his the guy, he doesn't sleep with other girls but he goes and sees lots of different girls and it makes me really jealous but then I have no right to be as im just the "bestfriend". I've opened up to him about how I felt and he told me that he only sees me as a friend and that he values me immensely as a friend and doesnt want to lose me.
I see him almost everyday of the week too and its tough pretending lie we're just bestfriends knowing I have strong feelings for him. But I guess its really up to us whether we're happy and content with the relationship we have with them or we can choose to just move on to something better.
I know it's not easy to do, especially if you're so use to spending so much time together but unless you can truly accept that you're just her friend and nothing more you wont be able to move on and you'll only hurt yourself by sticking around.
So I suggest that maybe create some space between you guys, although you guys are in the same class you dont have to spend your free time with her. By creating this space your giving her an opportunity to miss you and who knows she may realised that really she likes you too.
Sometimes people get use to things and get to comfortable that they dont really know how to differentiate feelings anymore.
