Gifting girlfriend her fantasy for birthday

So we've been together a couple of years and while she was quite shy at first she has opened up to some degree and we have explored some of each others fantasies. One thing she has been a little afraid to grow up is the idea of bringing more people into the equation. Then last week after a couple of bottles of wine we were talking and she let the cat out of the bag and explained that she fantasizes about being with two or three shall we say 'well-endowed' men and being "put through her paces". Now I don't think this is a particularly unusual fantasy for a girl to have but I guess she is shy to talk about it when not drunk because she is scared of how I might react. So when she told me about it when she was drunk she asked me if I thought it was weird and I just said no not at all and kind of hinted that I'd be ok with it to which she seemed pleased. But then a couple of days later I tried to bring it up again when we were sober and she went back to being shy about it. Now having thought about it I'm thinking if she wants to do this then I'd rather let her have it with me involved than gi behind ny back. So I was thinking of arranging a weekend away in a different city where we can get a hotel and go out together to find a couple of guys or just use the internet to find them and then everyone goes back to the hotel and she fulfils her fantasy. Problem is while I'm sure my girlfriend does want to do it, I'm frustrated that she won't talk to me about it and no matter what I try she gets shy. How can I get her to realise its ok? Has anybody experienced anything similar?
